limits.conf file does not accept groups with spaces in name

Issue

pam_limits limits.conf file not accepting groups with spaces in name

Groups are created in openldap server.

Groups without spaces works.

@groupnamehere    hard   nproc    3

None of these works  -

  @All\ Students    hard   nproc    3   @"All Students"    hard   nproc    3
  @'All Students'    hard   nproc    3
  "@All Students"    hard   nproc    3
  '@All Students'    hard   nproc    3
  @5000    hard   nproc    3    [using the GID]
