Issue

  • VMs can arbitrarily take several minutes to start up.

  • Other VMs can start up in a reasonable time on the same host at around the same time.

  • The same VMs can start up in a reasonable time on the same host at other times.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization (RHEV) 3.5
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 6.6( hosts
    • vdsm-4.16.20-1
  • A single NFS storage domain
