Label is "recoiling" back into the printer after printing
Issue
The printer has an option if we log into it's config gui called "Back after Print". If this option is enabled and we print a test page from the printer itself, it will print and then retract the label into the printer. If we disable it, and print a test page, it prints the label and that's it, so it appears to work properly on the printer. We set it to disabled. Then, when we try to print from the App or OS command line, the label will print and then the next label gets pulled back a little bit into the printer. We have been unable to find the option in cups/os to stop it from doing this.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Common Unix Printing System (CUPS)
- Printer that supports ZPL (Zebra Printer Language)
