ip resource using an IPv6 address fails with "generic error" code 1 when using capital letters in the address in a RHEL 6 High Availability cluster with rgmanager
Issue
When attempting to start an IP resource using an IPv6 address, it fails to start if the resource is configured using upper case letters in the address field.

rgmanagerresource-agentprior to release3.9.2-40.el6- One or more
<ip/>resources in/etc/cluster/cluster.confwith an IPv6 address that contains upper-case characters
