Issue

Configuring oauth server issue when using look as the MappingMethod with following :

Error: UserIdentityMapping "my_request_header_provider:xxx" not found

When using claim as MappingMethod below error is seen :

Error: user "xxx" cannot be claimed by identity "requestheader:padm-ebrc" because it is already mapped to [htpasswd_auth:xxx]
