Issue

Gnome system monitor and libgtop2 reports incorrect number of CPUs, when CPUs are greater the 32.
The number of CPUs reported will change between reboots.
Gnome system monitor uses libgtop2. libtopg2 has a hard coded limit of 32 CPUs.
