Bootdisk provisioning fetches kernel(vmlinuz) and initrd from Satellite rather than from Capsule ?

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • Bootdisk provisioning chainloads iPXE template correctly, but it contains SATELLITE URL for kernel and image RAM disk. The kickstart option (ks) is correct (CAPSULE URL). Example:
#!gpxe
kernel http://SATELLITE/pulp/repos/XXX/Library/RHEL6/content/dist/rhel/server/6/6.7/x86_64/kickstart/images/pxeboot/vmlinuz ks=http://CAPSULE/unattended/provision?token=c40ac520-2ef3-404b-8d04-63cc6eb8b914&static=yes ksdevice=aa:bb:cc:00:00:01 network kssendmac ip=${netX/ip} netmask=${netX/netmask} gateway=${netX/gateway} dns=${dns}
initrd http://SATELLITE/pulp/repos/XXX/Library/RHEL6/content/dist/rhel/server/6/6.7/x86_64/kickstart/images/pxeboot/initrd.img
boot
