Intel 82576 NIC experiencing rx_errors, rx_length_errors, and rx_short_length_errors after bootup every 50 or so boots
Issue
- Approximately once every 50 boots, the network interface produces continuously increasing numbers of rx_errors, rx_length_errors, rx_short_length_errors during operation. The interface drops so many packets that it will not support cluster membership.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.7
- Intel 82576 NIC
