Why does Xen Dom0 kernel not show total available main memory?

/proc/meminfo and free command do not show the total memory available on Xen kernel system.
OS does not show total available memory.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.3 and above
Xen Virtualization
System memory greater than 32Gb
