Cluster controlled LVM resource fails a status check during lvconvert activity
Issue

The cluster service encountered a failure and it was marked as failed then one of the
lvmresource used by this service was converted from linear to mirror using following command:$ lvconvert -m1 /dev/vg01/lv0Therre were following error messages observed in
