Issue

While configuring boot for the overcloud nodes:

Raw
$ openstack baremetal configure boot

WARNING: rdomanager_oscplugin.v1.baremetal.ConfigureBaremetalBoot Node 692eb47a-a4ac-41c0-b096-07d08aceaecb power state is in transition. Waiting up to 120 seconds for it to complete.

ERROR: openstack Timed out waiting for node 692eb47a-a4ac-41c0-b096-07d08aceaecb power state.
