SR-IOV igbvf: multiple "Link is Up" messages are reported in logs
Issue
- We set bonding mode on our guest server with active-backup mode. Bond10 > eth10 + eth11. But eth10 or eth11 is going down and up, so Link failure count is rising and connection may be losing. We have two similar guest servers. We cannot see same problem on other guest.
- This can also happen on non-bonded interfaces.

- Intel igbvf driver
