Issue
- Volume creation from image fails with error "qemu-img: error writing zeroes at sector 0' in logs .
# cinder create --display-name rh-volume01 10 --image-id 0eaf03f7-3329-424f-881d-b038be86b8f8
- Instance creation with new volume created from image fails due to "Failure prepping block device" .
- Cinder volume creation from image fails with following error in logs .
