Does "rdisc" daemon must be running for Red Hat Cluster setup?
Issue
- On RHEL 6 cluster it was found that
rdiscis running on all nodes. Please let us know if this daemon is required for proper functioning of cluster suite or it could be disabled on all nodes?
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 with High Availability Add-Ons
- rgmanage resource manager
- IPAddr resource agent
