Why do data extents get created at unexpected physical addresses on my GFS2 filesystem?
Issue
When creating a file on a GFS2 filesystem and inspecting it in filefrag, many extents are created at different physical addresses than expected. Is this a sign of file fragmentation?

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 w/ Resilient Storage
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 w/ Resilient Storage
- GFS2
