Internet Explorer and TLSv1.2 issues
Issue
On IE 10 and 11 we get an error page.
Only when we change the browser setting to disable TLS 2.0 I can access my site
I need to allow my users to see the site without changing their browser settings.
sslProtocols = "TLSv1.2"
