Cloudforms Management Engine 4.0 fails to correctly logrotate large files
Issue
When any single log file is more than about 80% of the sum of the other files in the /var/www/miq/vmdb/log directory, it is possible and likely that the script associated with logroate for the files in this directory will incorrectly report insufficient space to logrotate that file. Over a period of days-to-weeks, that file is likely to become so large that the entire filesystem will fill.
