When ensemble-add command is run the zookeeper port changes to different.

Issue

• When running a command to specify the zookeeper port as specify to a number , once the we create an ensemble the zookeeper ports are updated
  for example if fabric is created using below command, , but once the ensemble-add command is run the zookeeper port changes.

fabric:create --zookeeper-server-port 2181 --min-port 2181 --max-port 2182 --zookeeper-password admin
