Horizon fails with "Unable to connect to Neutron" when vms are more than 200 .
Issue
- On Horizon dashboard, after changing the setting "Items per page" to 200,
while checking the tenant which has 200 vms, we get the error : "Unable to connect to Neutron"

- Red Hat OpenStack 5.0 on RHEL 7
- Red Hat OpenStack 6.0
