Getting Duplicate argument '--command'/'--commands' error while applying patch for EAP 6

Issue

  • We are trying to update the patches using the following command
jboss-cli.bat patch apply E:\Software\jboss-eap-6.4.4-patch.zip
  • However, we are getting the below error
Duplicate argument '--command'/'--commands'.
  • We are following the steps given in this link
    https://access.redhat.com/jbossnetwork/restricted/softwareDetail.html?softwareId=40461&product=appplatform&version=6.4&downloadType=patches
