Rebuilding Sendmail configuration fails because it cannot open /usr/share/sendmail-cf/m4/cf.m4
Issue
- After changing /etc/mail/sendmail.mc I am trying to rebuild the sendmail.cf file using m4 command but it fails with an error.
# m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/mail/sendmail.cf
/etc/mail/sendmail.mc:10: m4: cannot open `/usr/share/sendmail-cf/m4/cf.m4': No such file or directory
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux all versions
- Sendmail
- Sendmail-cf
