perl app with threads core dumps when using SigAction.pm for signal handling in RHEL 6
Issue
An application has a threaded perl program that core dumps when it is sent a signal 15 to tell it to shut down. The perl module Sys::SigAction was added with thread support in perl 5.8 and suggests it should work with perl-5.10.1 from RHEL 6. It works just fine with the perl-5.16.3 included with RHEL 7.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.7
- perl-5.10.1-141.el6
