Why does anaconda fails to mount NFS Share of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 after updating nfs-utils to 1.3.0-0.21.el7?

Issue

  • After updating the Kickstart/NFS Server to Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2, not able to stage new systems.
nfs --server=nfsserver --dir=/var/rheliso/rhel7
  • Error code in Anaconda:
mount.nfs an incorrect mount option was specified
  • After downgrading nfs-utils to nfs-utils.x86_64 1:1.3.0-0.8.el7 everything work as expected
  • When trying to mount the target manually it only works with "-o nfsvers=3"

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2
  • nfs-utils-1.3.0-0.8.el7.x86_64
