Issue

KVM/RHEV virtual machines crashed with below error when copying bulk text through Spice console.

qemu-kvm: spice-qemu-char.c:173: spice_chr_add_watch: Assertion `cond == G_IO_OUT' failed.
2015-12-16 13:45:15.697+0000: shutting down

Virtual machine crashed during clipboard activity with RHEV event VM is down with error. Exit message: Lost connection with qemu process
