Issue

• Permission of /var/log/httpd directory has changed after updating httpd package.
  We set permission 750 to /var/log/httpd directory to meet our software requirement. However the permission has changed when we updated httpd package.
  Is this expected behavior?

(Before Updating)
　[root@hostname]# ls -al /var/log/httpd/
　drwxr-x---  2 www  wheel     12288  1月 25 23:58 .
　drwxr-xr-x 16 root root       4096  1月 25 23:58 ..

（After Updating）
  [root@hostname]# ls -al /var/log/httpd/
　drwx------  2 root root      20480 11月 16 23:58 .
　drwxr-xr-x 16 root root       4096 11月 17 04:02 ..
