RHEL Why do I see the error in telnet "Cannot assign requested address"
Issue
Many IP processes failing and attempts to telnet to the local IP address result in the following error.
telnet: connect to address 192.168.0.65: Cannot assign requested address
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Cannot assign requested address
