Creating a Fabric child container on 6.2.1 can take a very long time if the profile to be applied to the child container references Maven artefacts that are not available locally, i.e. need to be downloaded from an external repository. It takes about 5 mins for every remote artefact to be provisioned to the container. If there are multiple ( n ) bundles to be downloaded from remote repository, provisioning the child container takes n * 5 minutes.
