RHEL 7 Why systemd keeps renaming my interface "systemd-udevd[xxxx] renamed network interface eth0 to enoXXXXXXXX" ?
Issue
- Whenever system boots follwoing message could be seen in the log
systemd-udevd[367]: renamed network interface eth0 to enoXXXXXXXX
- network connection is not active
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.x
