Accessing Client Auth End Entity Interface in Red Hat Certificate System 8.1

Issue

• After configuration, all of the interfaces are accessible via browser except on port 9446.
• Accessing 9446 results in a 404 error.
• Nothing is wriiten to debug log, system log, or access log for the failure to access.
• localhost-access log reflects the 404.
• CA created with pkicreate with following ports:
  • unsecure - 9180
  • agent - 9443
  • end-entity - 9444
  • admin - 9445
  • client auth end-entity - 9446
• CA successfully configured via wizard
