How to suppress gconfd entries generated in messages log upon GUI login?
Issue
- Following entries are logged in
/var/log/messagesfile upon login to the system in GUI mode.
gconfd (root-6755): starting (version 2.8.1), pid 6755 user 'root'
gconfd (root-6755): Resolved address "xml:readonly:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.mandatory" to a read-only configuration source at position 0
gconfd (root-6755): Resolved address "xml:readwrite:/root/.gconf" to a writable configuration source at position 1
gconfd (root-6755): Resolved address "xml:readonly:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults" to a read-only configuration source at position 2
gconfd (root-6755): Resolved address "xml:readwrite:/root/.gconf" to a writable configuration source at position 0
- Is there any way to suppress these logs?
