KieSession management with remote calls to Decision Server in BRMS 6.1

Issue

We have a BRMS project with rules grouped under different rule-flow groups and a jBPM process that controls the execution of the rules.
When we access the KieServer remotely through REST end point, I am assuming that a new process instance will be created every time a remote call is received. Is that correct? If so, will a new KieSession be created every time a remote call is made and disposed off when the process/request completes?
