SSH connections are closed suddenly in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6
Issue
- SSH connections are refusing with error "fatal: mm_request_send: write: Broken pipe"
- SSH Client exits with the message "Connection closed by XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX" as soon as it starts.
