Is there a full release of EAP 5/6 for each patch released?

Issue

• In the customer portal, only X.Y.0 (e.g. 6.4.0) or X.Y.0 (e.g. 5.2.0) releases as full-releases. For patches, we can download the patch and apply the patch on top of the full-release. It would be very beneficial if RedHat could supply a 'latest' build that would be a full build including all published patches. Is there anywhere (even outside the support portal) where we can download a full release of platform that is already fully patched?
• Without a full-release of the EAP we now have to download X.Y.0, unpack it, start it, apply all patches, stop it, remove the logs and and other cruft and repack it as a full release that we can use in our build. It would be very beneficial if RedHat could supply a latest build that would be a full build including all published patches. Is there anywhere (even outside the support portal) where we can download a full release of platform that is already fully patched? If no, Can this be an RFE?
