Simplify login with cli when using an openid provider

Issue

• Currently, if you configure your openshift environment to use an openid backend, when using the oc cli, you should open a browser in order to identify with the backend provider and to get a token that you will paste into the cli.
  The idea of openning this RFE is to simplify the procedure and the oc cli should handle all the redirections and the login with the authentication backend.
