"An error occurred and your satellite configuration changes could not be stored." error when changing settings in Satellite web UI
Issue

unable to change HTTP Proxy information from the Satellite webUI. The following error message is encountered:
"An error occurred and your satellite configuration changes could not be stored. Please contact support for more information."
- uploading a new Satellite certificate into the web UI does not work
- error in /var/log/messages:
sudo: tomcat : sorry, you must have a tty to run sudo ; TTY=unknown ; PWD=/usr/share/tomcat5 ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/usr/bin/rhn-satellite-activate --rhn-cert /usr/share/tomcat5/temp/XXXX --disconnected
