Issue

Currently when running "stty -a -F /dev/ttyS0" the output shows:

The option which needs to be changed is crtscts

We can disable it manually with "stty -F /dev/ttyS0 -crtscts" however after reboot the previous situation is present: crtscts

How to make it permanently to "-crtscts"?
