After performing Disaster Recovery my system boots but I cannot see anything in pvdisplay, vgdisplay or lvdisplay

Issue

Customer was performing disaster recovery. The system was restored and fully booted but received LVM errors in /var/log/boot.log. When running pvscan, vgscan, and lvscan nothing was seen.
