Access Denied on RHEL 7 NFSv4.1 client with KRB5 and Microsoft Active Directory

Issue

  • If I use sec=sys I can mount the share without issue. As soon as I specify sec=krb5 I get permission denied.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 (NFS Client)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 (NFS Server)
  • NFSv4.1
  • krb5 via Microsoft Active Directory
