Issue

Satellite SystemGroupList.do page shows a blue check mark for all groups for the Updates column.
Satellite WebUI SystemGroupList shows all groups OK for updates even when there are updates available
Upgraded Satellite to v5.4, WebUI shows most of the systems are updated even though there are lots of update to be done on client systems.
