When setting up FWaas neutron-server restart fails
Issue
- Why can't I set up firewall as a service fwaas in openstack?
- Unable to load fwaas modules stops neutron-server from starting
- After updating the following in /etc/neutron/neutron.conf , the neutron-server service will not start
service_plugins = neutron.services.firewall.fwaas_plugin.FirewallPlugin
