E-mail Scheduled Report target list too broad

In our configuration, we have a single role that is used across multiple groups. This is necessary for operational scale.

When scheduling an e-mailed report, it appears that the "To" dropdown list is showing all users in the logged-in customer's role rather than group. I would expect "normal users" to only be able to see themselves and not everyone in a role.
Cloud Intelligence -> Reports -> Schedules -> Add a new Schedule
