Fixing issue where sudo sends alert email after every command
Issue
- After updating to RHEL 6.7 or higher, sudo generates an alert email after every command issued.
- Email contents are as below:
problem with defaults entries ; TTY=pts/0 ; PWD=/home/test ; USER=root ;
Environment
- RHEL 6.7 or higher
- sssd is active
