How do I enable more logging for dnsmasq on my RHEL 6 server?

Issue

Currently dnsmasq is only logging process start and stop information into /var/log/messages and it doesn’t log when external dns server is not reachable when dnsmasq is working as dns proxy, can you let me know if there is any option to enable more logging?
