The patch list is lost after removing the data/cache folder

Issue

• I expect that we can do a clean restart of JBoss Fuse 6.2 and keep the list with applied patches. So we are able to rollback a patch if needed.
  Before we remove the data/cache folder I can execute the following command in the console:

  JBossFuse:karaf@root> patch:list
  [name]                                   [installed] [description]
  jboss-fuse-6.2.0.redhat-165-p3           true       JBoss Fuse 6.2 P3

After removing the data/cache folder I get an empty list when executing this command.
