Issue with Thai font after sending mail.

Issue

Thai language is not showing correctly after sending mail. The thai statement cannot read.
Following language is changing:

 Error Message :  ËÅÑ¡»ÃÐ¡Ñ¹ËÁŽÍÒÂØ (LG expired) 
  To
 Error Message :  KEQ!;CP!Q9KA4MRBX (LG expired)
