When a power_wait is specified for the fencing agent in a node can fail to rejoin the cluster
Issue
After specifying a long power_wait for a fence_vmware_soap (or any fencing agent) device in a cluster, a node rejoins the cluster before the power_wait has expired. As a result it fails to join the cluster appropriately due to the pending fence action.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5, 6, 7 w/ High Availability or Resilient Storage
