Can not ssh into instance after restarting neutron-server
Issue
- After restarting neutron-server using $pcs resource restart neutron-server, connectivity between public and private neutron networks is lost.
- While following LBaaS install instructions, restarting neutron-server breaks connection between public and private neutron networks.
- After neutron-server restart router routes are gone from the router namespace
$ip netns exec <rouer namespace> route
