Cluster nodes were rebooted and cman service does not start because openais is started before cman in a RHEL 5 High Availability cluster
Issue
- Nodes unable to join cluster after reboot
- cman failed to start during cluster startup

The following messages appear in
/var/log/messagesduring cman start up:openais[2473]: [MAIN ] ERROR: Could not bind AF_UNIX: Address already in use [...] openais[2473]: [MAIN ] ERROR: Could not accept Library connection: Invalid argument

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 with the High Availability Add On
openaischkconfig'd on on one or more nodes
