In RHEL 7, Firefox has no up or down arrow buttons at the top and bottom of the scrollbar. How to enable this?
In RHEL 7, almost all applications (Firefox, nautilus, gedit) seem to be missing arrow scroll stepper buttons. Why? What's the fix?
