Quotas not working on GlusterFS 3.7.1-11 after upgrade

Issue

Cannot issue quota enable command on GlusterFS 3.7.1-11; but it worked before.

The command being using is:

gluster> volume quota cfpb enable
quota command failed : Volume quota failed. The cluster is operating at version 30000. Quota command enable is unavailable in this version.

All clients are using native FUSE client.

Environment

GlusterFS 3.7.1-11
Red Hat Gluster Storage 3.1
